Treasure Map

Mrs Campbell found a black piece of ribbon tied around a piece of paper. Everyone gathered around Mrs Campbell. She opened the the piece of paper. What was it? It smelt old and dusty but there was an exciting bit. It is a treasure map. The treasure is party poppers and lollies.

When we were going to write about 'feet', Mrs Campbell saw a treasure map that was one hundred years old. All of us were so excited but one of us realized that it was a treasure map. When we were in the sandpit we dug and dug and dug. Finally we saw it. It had party poppers and lollies in it. Then we found out that it was from Miss G. Mrs Campbell hid it from the others so they couldn't get it before we do.

Mrs Campbell found a treasure map that Miss G put on Mrs Campbell's desk. I thought that it was not real but it was real!!!!!!! When I saw it was real, I got super duper excited. "Whooooo" I went! We followed the old, wrinkly, dusty treasure map all the way to ... the play ground, then to the library and past the scooters and then the sandpit. We dug for a long time. Finally we found it. In the treasure we found lots of party poppers and lots of lollies.

AUTUMN

When I threw the leaves. They landed on my hair, head, eye brows and it tickled me. Koen stayed inside and watched from inside. It was fun throwing the leaves, really fun! I got heaps of leaves.

The wind pushed and shoved me along the ground. I say stop but he carries on pushing and shoving me. When I am hot mum says "Go outside Meah". So I go outside. That Mr Wind is so, so, so, so, so naughty and mean to me. He wraps his cold arms around my body and makes me super cold. Then he makes me shiver for a long time. I do not like Mr Wind. Mr Wind annoys me all the time.

Mr Wind blew the leaves at our faces. The boys threw the leaves up high. They fell back down. We couldn't stop.

The leaves were all soggy and muddy. When we threw the leave up in the air, Mr Wind came and he blew the leaves away. They were as hard as bullets going at me. I wish that people weren't taking photos because I was feeling embarrassed so I tried to get in the middle of the pile of muddy and soggy leaves. I hate you Mr Wind!  Mr Wind threw leaves straight back at us. The leaves were icy cold. My legs were so, so, so cold, I thought that I would freeze to death. I wanted to run inside.
